  • Once retained, Panoptic’s Executive Search function acts as an extension of your business, with your interests being our paramount concern. Unlike contingency search, we will make your project our priority over others. We only take on a limited number of retained searches to ensure that we can apply the necessary time and attention to your search. You will also be provided summaries of our market research, shortlists, feasibility study and talent maps, to help you make informed strategic decisions. A retained search is highly recommended where you require timely but thorough results or for particularly business critical hires
  • Our contingency search service offers access to our extensive candidate network and reach, without the upfront cost. While your requirement won’t receive the same level of market research, there will not be an upfront cost involved in registering a vacancy with us.
  • Interviews are a powerful tool when assessing and evaluating potential candidates, however, they do not offer a complete picture of an individual’s character, motivations and psychology. In order for you to make a fully informed decision, psychometric testing can be an invaluable tool. You will receive a detailed report for each candidate, with key insights, designed to make you decision easier.
  • We operate a reduced risk model which allows our clients to split the retainer fee. 50% of the fee will be payable upon commencement of the assignment, with the remaining 50% payable upon a successful appointment.
