Job Description
A Partner and Head of Department opportunity with a UK Top 50 law firm, headquartered in the Midlands, with a strong London presence and international reach. With entrepreneurial flair and strong ambition, this firm intends to double its revenue in their Commercial Services arm of the business over the next 4 years.
A key part in this growth strategy is the firm’s Midlands-based Employment team, which is seeking a Partner to lead the department. The team, currently consisting of 4 fee earners has a particularly strong ‘third sector’ client base and particularly stand-out reputation in the education sector.
The firm is seeking an experienced and effective Employment Lawyer with abilities in both advisory and tribunal work. Previous management experience is preferable although the firm will also consider high performing fee earners for the appointment.
