We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join a top tier firm in their Property Litigation practice. The firm advises businesses across construction, energy & resource management, higher education, and financial services, complementing the firm’s market leadership within housing, local government, and health & social care. The Property Department has experienced vast growth over the last few years and that growth is set to continue, with major tender wins on high profile projects and clients across the country.

Senior Associate (Property Litigation) the role:
The Senior Associate will become a key member within the multiple award winning, growing Property Litigation team. This role will involve advising clients on a wide range of property-related disputes which include landlord and tenant, land, and development matters, and providing advisory support for transactional colleagues. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of dealing with:
- Commercial tenancy disputes relating to breach of covenants, service charge, forfeiture, dilapidations and rent reviews.
- Land-based disputes in respect of restrictive covenants, easements, trespass and claims for possession.
- Business tenancy renewals.
- Proceedings in the High Court and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
