Job Description
An opportunity has arisen within an elite, London-headquartered global law firm – a very well-known name with particular esteem in a variety of mainstream Corporate practices as well as Banking, Litigation, Insolvency, Competition and Tax. This role sits within their market leading Banking division, who work on behalf of some the world’s most renowned financial institutions and global corporates.
The Leveraged Finance Team’s client base consists of some of the most notable creditors and debtors in the global markets, with the deals involved, spanning a wide range of work, the majority being multi-jurisdictional. The team is providing expertise at the cutting edge of leveraged financial markets.
This opportunity is suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years’ PQE, ideally with a background in banking practice, ideally leveraged finance, however, applicants with approximate levels of experience will be considered.
