A Partner opportunity with a modern and forward-thinking UK Top 50 law firm. Our client is one of the fastest growing legal services providers in the country, achieving double digit growth through a combination of intelligent, well-integrated acquisitions and organic growth.
With a nationwide Partner count of 50+, the firm’s corporate services group advises a wide range of clients from national PLCs to start-ups on the full spectrum of corporate transactions. With continued plans for growth, this represents an opportunity to play a key role in the firm’s Midlands expansion.
The team are seeking a high performing Partners with a background in Corporate transactions, including M&A, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets. The successful candidate will have a pre-existing, transportable following.
