Job Description
Our client is an award winning, global law firm with a reputation for innovation. Their corporate services group is a core strength for the firm, with expertise in some notable sectors including insurance; public sector; energy and industrials; real estate; financial services; retail, food and hospitality; technology and transport.
The Manchester-based team boasts national and international clients, from start-ups to multi-nationals, advising on capital markets, M&A and private equity transactions and is led by a number of notable individuals, including L500 ‘Hall of Famers’.
Due to ongoing growth, the team is now seeking a Lateral Corporate Partner hire, ideally with a specialism in one or more of the above sectors. The successful candidate will have a transportable following, with the firm also considering promotion moves for the right candidate.
