Job Description
An opportunity with the largest independent law firm in the North, who have recently ranked top in the Legal 500 tables for practices in the North West, with 14 ‘Tier 1’ rankings. The firm has grown by around 20% over the last two years and intends to keep up the pace of this impressive double digit growth.
Their Manchester-based Corporate team makes up half of the team of over 30 legal experts and is one of the largest in the North-West. They advise on the full range of Corporate matters including M&A, private equity, debt and other funding, governance, reorganisations, as well as JV and shareholder agreements.
Being a Partner-led setup, they are looking to increase market share through lateral Partner hires. With a reputation for progressing Partners up the equity ranks quickly they have had significant success in this hiring strategy over the last 6 months. They continue to seek talented, connected individuals to join their ranks.
