Job Description
An opportunity with an international law firm (US headquartered) with a strong culture and instantly recognisable brand who rank in the Global Top 50 law firms in revenue.
Their Corporate practice, with key teams in London, the Midlands and the North is growing and sees their Private Equity offering as a growth area and as such are seeking a lateral Partner hire on their Birmingham team. The team, which currently advises on a mixture of public and private M&A and private equity deals, is led by a L500 ‘Hall of Famer’.
The team are seeking a Partner hire with expertise in Private Equity deals, preferably with an existing network of clients, to join their growing team. The successful individual will play a key role in the expansion of the Group’s Private Equity and wider Corporate practice in the Midlands
