Private Equity Partner Vacancy, Manchester
Job Description
An opportunity with a full-service UK Top 10 practice. This is a truly global law firm, with offices in almost 50 countries, servicing high profile, major multinationals and mid-caps. In the half-decade since opening, the firm’s Manchester office has grown to encompass more than 50 lawyers, servicing a range of core practice areas including banking & finance, construction, corporate finance, disputes, energy, infrastructure, M&A, pensions and real estate.
This role sits on the firm’s Manchester-based Corporate team which predominantly handles corporate finance, governance, M&A and restructuring. The team sees Private Equity as a growth area, and as such they are interested in a Lateral Partner hire to lead this effort.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Corporate work, gained at a top law firm, with a specialism in Private Equity transactions. A transportable following is required with the ideal individual bringing established relationships with Private Equity houses and corporate clients.
