Job Description
An opportunity has arisen within an elite, London-headquartered global Top 30 law firm – a very well-known name which boasts some of the world’s leading institutions and international corporates among its clients.
This role sits on the firm’s funds and asset management practice, which acts for a broad range of institutional and boutique asset managers in the UK and globally on a full range of transactional matters. They are particularly well known for their listed fund formation practice. Key clients include international financial institutions, major corporates and fund management houses.
The team are looking to hire a Senior Associate with around 4 years PQE+, although other PQE levels will be considered. The ability to work on ‘big ticket’ complex transactions is essential.
