Job Description
An opportunity has arisen within an elite, London-headquartered global law firm – a very well-known name with particular esteem in a variety of mainstream Corporate practices as well as Banking, Litigation, Insolvency, Competition and Tax. This role sits within their market leading Corporate division, who work on behalf of some the world’s most renowned financial institutions and global corporates.
This role sits on the firm’s general Corporate PSL team, which in itself is key component to the very well-regarded Corporate division. Areas covered by the team include corporate law, contract law, M&A, ECM, listed company regulation and corporate governance.
This opportunity is suitable for individuals with 5 years+ PQE, with a background in general Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets and/or Governance, with experienced gained at a leading private practice firm. Previous PSL experience is desirable but not essential.
This could be a part time or full time position, depending on preference and subject to interview.
