Job Description
This is an opportunity with a very well-known name, a full-service law firm that is a staple in the UK Top 50 rankings. With successful Corporate teams in the UK’s key regional legal hubs, this firm boasts an impressive roster of both national and international clients.
The current team consists of a well-balanced mix of experienced and knowledgeable Partners (including L500 and Chambers ranked individuals) and talented Associates/Senior Associates who work on a mixture of work relating to Governance, M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets transactions.
The ideal candidate will be between 2 and 5 years PQE and have had exposure to mid-market Corporate transactions, in M&A, Private Equity and/or Capital Markets. In return, you will gain exposure to some excellent work and clients, receive an attractive remuneration package, as well as working at a dynamic, modern law, high performing law firm.
