Job Description
This is a Senior Associate opportunity with an international law practice, with more than 20 locations globally and one of the leading firms in the Berkshire area. With key UK offices in the South West, Home Counties and London, this firm’s continued success and growth can be attributed to both the quality of the incumbent talent as well as the innovative and forward-thinking practice and sector focusses.
The national team is very active in the mid-market space, providing expertise on the full range of corporate matters including Capital Markets, M&A and Private Equity with particular focus on growth sectors such as technology, financial services and renewable energy. The Reading team consists of a well-balanced mix of Partners, Associates and Trainees, to which they are looking to add a Senior Associate.
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Associate with a background in either a City firm or a highly respected regional law firm. A good academic track record is expected. Applicants must have a minimum PQE level of 4 years.
